The Opportunity: Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will:

• Assist customers promptly by scheduling appointments for their home repair needs.

• Communicate through phone, email, text, and other platforms.

• Deliver service that sets us apart and upholds our strong reputation.
