Customer Care Representative
Full-Time 40 Hour Week
The essential job functions of a Customer Care Representative is to represent the company through telephone contact by answering calls, making calls, scheduling estimates and appointments for customers. Provide tactical support to other departments of the company. Keep customer records and database current using the companies’ computer programs, Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our company, sales representatives and work. Most importantly provide customers with a remarkable experience and always treat our customers like family. Our purpose is to redefine the construction industry by providing our customers with a remarkable experience. We care deeply for and strive to build a long-term relationship with each customer.
