Customer Service Representative

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

o Represents the company through telephone contact by answering calls, setting sales appointments, scheduling Annual Maintenances and service calls, and following up on a variety of issues.

o Follows standardized procedures and scripting as required to ensure all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence regarding leads and customer information is captured accurately and completely.

o Meets or exceeds goals for sales appointments and lead conversion.

o Serves as the point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing pre-appointment information, assuring quality, solving problems, and so on.

o Works to ensure our sales team have what they need to be successful at their appointment, including accurate and timely communication about details, preparing for any special needs of the customers, etc.

o Provides tactical support to the company’s departments.

o Provides customers with a remarkable experience.

o Regular, reliable attendance.

$15 PER HOUR PLUS BOOKER BONUS!!!! AVERAGES OUT TO $17 PLUS PER HOUR!!!!!
