System Design Specialist

Ridgeback Basement Systems is GROWING, and we are looking for an EXPERIENCED, highly motivated Sales Inspector. If you are tired of working dead end sales jobs full of cold leads and cold-calling, you need to apply to join our growing  Sales team!

The ideal candidate will have:

-Minimum of 2 years sales experience – preferably In-home sales

-Positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, high achiever

-Valid driver’s license 

-Able and willing to travel to NB and PE, with overnight stays 

-Ability to complete all basement & crawl space inspections, make recommendations and prepare quotations based on customer requirements

-Proficiency working with basic computer skills

-Precise attention to detail

-Commitment to ALWAYS putting the customer first

-Must have a cell phone 

Ideal candidate will RUN self-generated and company-provided leads and CLOSE sales in the basement waterproofing repair, crawlspace repair and foundation repair field. We provide qualified, high quality leads (customers contact us for appointments)

Pay and Benefits:

Pay structure can be a commission with salary combination, or full commission. There is no ceiling to your income.  THIS IS A REAL OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE $$80000 - $150000+ (Base pay during training period)
