Customer Care Manager


DBS, a regional leader in basement waterproofing, foundation & crawl space repair, concrete lifting & leveling, basement finishing, and whole-home energy solutions is looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our growing team.

What You Would Do

  • Lead and develop a team of customer care specialist
  • Monitor staff engagement, ensuring that employees are engaged and fulfilled
  • Oversee pending leads, sales, and service appointment scheduling of new and existing customers
  • Represent DBS by answering calls, setting service and sales appointments, and following up with customers on various issues as a backup to the team
  • Provide tactical support to other departments of the company
  • Keep customer records and database current
  • Provide customers with a remarkable WOW experience


What We Need For This Role

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Management experience
  • Experience leading or directing a team
  • Scheduling experience is a plus
  • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively through both verbal and written means
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge
