Service Technician/ Construction Helper

Ridgeback Basement Systems is looking for a Construction Helper / Service Technician.  This will be a split job between the 2 departments. It's perfect for those individuals that LOVE TO DRIVE and love having weekends off. 😊

Monday- Friday

Company vehicle is provided.

Construction Helper responsibilities:

• Daily and overnight travel is required depending on scheduling requirements.

• Ability to work hard.
• Ability to work with heavy materials, lift heavy tools.
• Move buckets of construction debris from job sites
• Able to use a jackhammer or willing to learn.

Service Technicians responsibilities:

• Daily and overnight travel is required – NS, NB, PEI
• Meet with our existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance on our sump pumps.
• Follow up on warranty issues for customers' waterproofing, crawlspace, and foundation repair systems.
• MUST have a good driving record and have a valid driver’s licence.
• Safely, correctly, and efficiently unloads and cleans the truck upon return to the company.
• Takes great care of the company’s products, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to operate a phone/apps/tablet.
