Training starts on March 9th 2026.

The Role

8 weeks of paid in class and on the field training starts on March 9th 2026 e at 1000$ per week. Please note that you have to be available to come to Laval for the first 4 weeks of training. We will provide and pay for the traveling expenses, lodging and accommodations during your stay in Laval. Afterwards, when 8 weeks of training is over, NO base salary, purely commission-based job with uncapped earning potential.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
Meet with homeowners, (no cold-calling)- all appointments are pre-qualified by our appointment center. Each of our homeowners asked for your expertise, (no wasted time)
Use our proven diagnostic process to efficiently identify issues and get them resolved
Lead decisive, high-clarity conversations that drive partnership between you and the homeowner
Do what's right, not what's easy. Bring excellence to every homeowner, every time
Do necessary admin & paperwork
Use advanced and user-friendly sales software making the sales visit pleasant and compelling
Conditions of application for an Outside Sales Representative - Pickering
A true Sales professional; 3-5 years of sales experience preferred
