Brand Ambassador / Customer Care Representative

We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador / Customer Care Representative to represent Woodford Bros., Inc. at home shows, trade shows, and community events — and to support our office team in a Customer Care role when events are not scheduled. This hybrid position plays a key role in brand awareness, lead generation, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities (Event-Based):

  • Set up and take down event booths in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure booth materials and marketing collateral are properly cared for, stored,
  • and transported
  • Engage with event attendees to generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments
  • Represent the company with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity
  • Travel to home shows, trade shows, and community events (including evenings and weekends)
  • Maintain clear communication with the team regarding event outcomes
  • Complete event reports and expense submissions accurately and on time.

Customer Care Responsibilities (When Not at Events):

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling in-home sales appointments
  • Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone.
  • Accurately enter customer information into company systems
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up
  • Support daily office operations as part of the Customer Care team

What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing, personable, and confident engaging with the public
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable switching between event-based work and office-based responsibilities
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during events
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and attitude that reflect our company’s values
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
