Join Woodford Bros., Inc. as a Fleet and Tool Admin and play a key role in the future of our company. In this role, you'll oversee and maintain the company’s fleet of vehicles, construction equipment, small tools, the driver safety program, as well as direct oversight of the company shop operations and diesel mechanics. Your Impact

  • Leading and supporting the shop.
  • Coordinating purchases, maintenance, legal compliance, inventory, safety programs, and internal service systems.
  • Manages day-to-day shop functions, ensures mechanical productivity, and maintains equipment uptime and reliability within budget constraints.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related college degree and/or special certifications in field, preferred; One or more years of experience in business administration, logistics, or accounting is preferred; or,  
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in this field.
  • Experience in managing at team.  
  • Skilled in operating computers and programs, keen attention to detail, and ability to handle a variety of tasks.   
  • A valid NYS driver’s license and required MVR.
