Base: $60,000 – $120,000 + Uncapped Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage multiple restoration projects from start to finish

• Create and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines

• Document jobs, secure approvals, and support the full job lifecycle

• Participate in an on-call rotation as a first responder

What We’re Looking For

• Background in sales, construction, estimating, or insurance adjusting

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities

• Calm, compassionate approach in high-stress situations

• Experience with CRM, estimating, or project management tools

• Valid driver’s license
