United Services by Permaco, Inc., also known as CallUSFirst, is hiring a relationship-focused Restoration Project Manager to develop opportunities and lead property-damage projects from the initial customer conversation through successful completion.
This is a full-cycle sales, estimating, client development, and project management position. You will build client relationships, evaluate property damage, develop and sell restoration solutions, and remain accountable for the customer experience and financial success of each project.

As a Restoration Project Manager, you will serve as the customer’s primary point of contact throughout the restoration process. You will evaluate opportunities, prepare scopes and estimates, present solutions, secure the work, and coordinate the project through completion.
You will work closely with customers, insurance professionals, referral partners, Superintendents, production teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver quality work, excellent service, and profitable results.
Build lasting relationships with property owners, insurance professionals, referral partners, commercial clients, and other project stakeholders.
Inspect property damage and develop accurate scopes, estimates, proposals, budgets, and project plans.
Present restoration and reconstruction solutions, convert qualified opportunities into sales, and secure required contracts and authorizations.
Guide customers through the restoration process as their trusted point of contact.
Partner with the Superintendent and production team to coordinate project scope, schedule, subcontractors, materials, documentation, and quality.
Monitor job costs, gross margin, customer satisfaction, payments, and project completion.
Participate in the company’s rotating emergency-response and on-call schedule.
Qualified candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Property restoration or reconstruction
Construction project management
Construction estimating
Insurance adjusting or property claims
Home renovation or improvement sales
Residential or commercial construction
Business development or consultative sales
Strong candidates will also bring:
Excellent sales, leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to establish credibility and earn trust quickly.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, project sequencing, and job costing.
Experience developing estimates, scopes of work, proposals, budgets, or construction contracts.
Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and solutions-focused when customers are experiencing property damage.
Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and active projects.
Familiarity with construction estimating, project-management, and CRM software.
Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
Client relationships create new opportunities, repeat business, and professional referrals.

Estimates, contracts, authorizations, and project records are accurate and complete.
Customers remain informed and confident throughout the restoration process.
Project teams receive clear scopes, plans, and expectations.

Payments and required documentation are secured throughout the project.
