In-Home Sales Representative (Residential Home Improvement - 2 Years Exp. Required)

We are a growing residential home improvement company specializing in attic and basement insulation, basement waterproofing, basement finishing, and radon mitigation.  We are looking for motivated, high-energy sales professionals to run pre-qualified appointments, and help homeowners by presenting and closing sales.

What We Offer for an In-Home Sales Representative:

• Pre-set, confirmed, qualified appointments  (no cold calling)
• High commission structure (earn $80K - $150K+) or 8-12% commission on every individual signed contract
• Flexible schedule
• Appointment setting commensurate with closed sales

Responsibilities for an In-Home Sales Representative:

• Run in-home appointments with homeowners
• Inspect issues and provide solutions
• Present and secure closed sales
• Follow up on appointments, run but not yet closed

Requirements for an In-Home Sales Representative:

• 2+ years of in-home sales or home improvement sales required 
• BPI building analyst and/or building envelope certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals ($5K+)
• Must be comfortable closing deals on the first visit
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
