Customer Service Representative – Appointment Centre

Ridgeback Basement Systems Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, positive, and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Appointment Centre.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, proficient computer skills, the ability to troubleshoot service calls and excellent verbal communication skills.

This individual must be comfortable speaking with current and prospective customers over the phone, handling inbound informational and troubleshooting calls, and making outbound calls to schedule sales appointments and annual maintenance appointments.

Full-time: Monday - Friday

Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls as required in a timely manner.
• Book sales appointments for our Sales Consultants.
• Organized Sales Inspections geographically for easy travelling.
• Schedule annual maintenance appointments and service calls.
• Trouble shoot incoming service calls. ( training provided)
• Process customer payments.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records in the company system.
• Assist with filing and organizing company documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Participate in company training and seminars in Connecticut, as required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
• Valid passport required for potential training and seminars in Connecticut.

Compensation

Starting wage: $23 per hour
