Job Overview

Love creating content, planning events, and seeing your work come to life? We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life every day. Working with our Marketing Manager, you’ll keep our social media active and engaging, update our website with job stories and before-and-after photos, and capture photos, video, and stories from our job sites and employees. You’ll also coordinate home shows, trade shows, community events, and our Brand Ambassador program, and you’ll support other departments with signage, apparel, print materials, and recruiting content. This is a full-time position with regular office hours, plus occasional evenings and weekends for events.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media, event coordination, content creation, or graphic design (or a combination of education and experience)
• An Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required
• Experience with social media platforms, website content tools, and design programs such as Canva or Photoshop
• Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and time-sensitive projects
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write in English
• A sense of urgency, flexibility, and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand and walk during event setup and coverage
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and timely, reliable attendance
