Winning Habits of High Achievers

Have you ever heard yourself saying, “I don’t have time for that.”

Even when you know the thing you don’t have time for is probably more important in the long run, than the other stuff that you are spending your time on.

It’s more important to learn how to delegate, than to do the work yourself.

It’s more important to learn how to hire great people, than to do the work yourself.

It’s more important to create a vision and lead your company, than it is to do the work yourself.

Saying that you “don’t have time,” is saying that the thing you are doing is more important than the learning and leadership needed to propel your business to growth and greater success.

Decide that learning how to get un-busy is top priority. Decide that your top priority is to stop letting your business control you. And decide that you are going to take control of your business.

Watch this week’s Illumination where Larry talks about creating winning habits that will propel your business to growth and greater success.
